Poetry connects every fiber and sinew of of our non-profit organization. It is the foundation of our existence. We respect the etymological meaning of words in its creative being. The beauty of this artform is that our poetry may be penned  to empower, uplift, transform,  yet as its spirit reaches the depth of the reader's soul, providing comfort and inspiration;  it evolves to multi-artforms, ideas and continued enlightenment around the world. This is transcendence, hence, we are World Poetry.

The children are our future.  Our poetry programs build literary skills and phonemic awareness in children who've lived adverse childhood experiences (ace). Statistics indicate when kids experience trauma early in life they are at a greater risk of entering the foster care system and are at risk to other dangers, including sex trafficking, domestic violence and homelessness. Poetry and writing help children heal while building their confidence and literacy skills. Such strong writing abilities empowers underserved populations to thrive mentally, educationally and economically. We offer:

1. Virtual Poetry sessions: which help children express themselves and catapult their voice to heal from trauma.  Poetry contains an element that enables the writer to process their pain into purpose. Whether the poem contains a theme of joy, sorrow or redemption, it is written from the heart so therefore it is authentic and necessary.

2. Customized poems: for conferences, schools, retreat;  any special event you would like to provide a one of a kind and empowering element to the occasion.

3. Poetry workshops: we can conduct poetry workshops to teach any age group the elements of writing poetry.
